On the Sidewalk in October (Small Prints)

So my friend Judith asked me to be part of her sidewalk sale in October 2018. At first I was skeptical. But she’s serious about this event and has always loved and encouraged my art. The more I thought about it, the more excited I became – creating and framing nine 5 x 7 prints in less than a week. Small, but they pack an enchanting punch. Three sold before I even finished setting up my table. It was really cold. Though our hearts were warm and we bundled in coats and hats, foot traffic was light and we couldn’t stay out as long as planned. It was hard work, but well worth it. The Sidewalk Series endures.
